Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MyAccownt.com, operated by Accownt LLC, as your trusted SaaS partner. Our subscription-based Services are processed via Paddle, and as such, all payments are handled in accordance with Paddle’s guidelines.

No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued for any portion of the subscription period, whether used or unused.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription for a plan sponsor unit at any time to prevent future billing. Please note that cancellation will not result in a refund or pro-rated credit for the current billing period; each plan sponsor purchased will retain access until the end of its respective current subscription term.

Billing and Renewal

Your subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to their respective renewal dates. You are solely responsible for managing the subscription settings for each of your plan sponsor units. Should you wish to cancel, please visit the Billing Management section found in the top right navigation under your Company name. Please note: Once you cancel a subscription unit, you may NOT re-activate the subscription and the URLs / links related to that subscription will become unusable upon the end of the current payment term.

Compliance with Paddle

All transactions on our platform are processed via Paddle. In accordance with Paddle’s policies, our refund policy is structured so that all subscription fees are final. Should Paddle’s policies require any refund under exceptional circumstances, we will follow Paddle’s instructions. However, for standard subscription transactions, no refunds will be issued. A screamer's policy will not apply.

Modifications to This Policy

Accownt LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. In the event of material changes, we will notify you via email or on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
